About the position

The Customer Solutions Specialist at WAV, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing quotes, sales orders, and requests efficiently. This entry-level position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a strong understanding of the company's product lines and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to customers with courtesy and respect
  • Create quotes and process sales orders
  • Create and process RMAs
  • Be knowledgeable of product lines distributed by WAV
  • Attend in-house and supplier trainings
  • Act as a support to internal customers
  • Adhere to and promote WAV fundamentals
  • Support WAV house accounts
  • Maintain a proficient understanding of internal systems and processes
  • Reach out directly to manufacturers for DDO/PE price updates
  • Handle customer service issues, finding solutions to customer problems
  • Set up complex orders in the company’s ERP system
  • Participate in enhancement testing efforts
  • Understand the house accounts
  • Suggest products and solutions for customers
  • Support both the Broadband and Networking teams
