About the position

Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve collecting reviews from our existing customers to assess the effectiveness of their current solar systems. Opportunities are available for part-time and full-time work with a minimum of 4 hours per week required for part-time pay eligibility. Responsibilities

  • Execute service checks on solar customers experience with their systems in the Houston area
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills
  • Fast learner and active listener
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Transportation is required
