About the position

The Customer Success Analyst role at Constellation focuses on enhancing customer value and experience through effective onboarding and utilization of Utility Bill Management and Carbon Accounting platforms. This position serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring they receive the full benefits of the services offered. The role is designed to foster long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions regarding Utility Bill Management and Carbon Accounting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve service level goals and agreements.
  • Explore upselling opportunities with clients.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for existing and new platform features.
  • Make efficiencies to processes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a record of academic achievement required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, customer success, inside sales, marketing, strategy consulting, or product/project management for Analyst level; 5+ years for Senior Analyst level.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Strong presentation skills capable of presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of management and staff without direct authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and accountability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Energy industry customer support and/or utility billing experience.
  • Prior experience providing inside sales, sales support, or customer support for customers on a SAAS or digital platform.
  • Experience scaling new products or services in organizations.
  • Experience supporting new channels for distribution of technology products and services.
