Responsibilities

  • Field inbound & outbound customer support phone calls and email-based tickets.
  • Thoroughly document support issues and resolutions via a web-based ticketing system.
  • Maintain an understanding of ChiroTouch products and services.
  • Assist with and participate in special projects and initiatives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in software troubleshooting.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 2 years of analysis skills.
  • Experience with SaaS applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical aptitude with SaaS applications.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot solutions.
