About the position

BigTime Software is seeking a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion within their book of business. The role involves being a strategic partner to clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment, ensuring they derive maximum value from the BigTime solution. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and be proactive in building processes to support client success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are receiving value from the BigTime solution and meet customer milestones, revenue retention, and expansion goals.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships through various communication channels including phone calls, web meetings, and email outreach.
• Identify opportunities for new features and product adoption within the customer base.
• Share marketing best practices to drive adoption of new BigTime products and features in a consultative manner.
• Partner with an Implementation Manager to guide customers through integration and launch of BigTime.
• Surface client feedback to the Product Team for functionality enhancements and escalations.
• Manage high-level customer technical issues to ensure optimal results from BigTime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of work experience in a client services/account management role.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player with a high level of initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, with a focus on quality of work.
