About the position

The Client Manager role within the Customer Success team at InterWorks is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping clients succeed. This position involves managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions with a personal touch. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and effective communication, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. The Client Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to drive projects to completion and maintain high-quality client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries
• Maintain and develop strong trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify growth opportunities, issues, renewals, and quotes
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion
• Act as the main point of contact for all clients in your portfolio
• Recommend products/services based on value to achieve mutual business goals and benefits
• Build strong ongoing relationships with selected partners
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) database to ensure quality of data and timely communication records
