About the position
The Customer Success Consultant serves as a vital link between the Customer Success team and National Accounts On-Premise customers at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. This role focuses on enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring compliance with beverage program mandates, and addressing the digital needs of customers. The consultant will also manage order processing and support calls, while maintaining accurate customer records and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work with National Account On-Premise customers to drive compliance with beverage program mandates.
- Act as a liaison between local accounts and SGWS Account Directors/VPs.
- Understand digital needs of National Account On-Premise customers and communicate enhancement requirements to the technical team.
- Handle large volumes of orders and inbound support calls for various customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate output of all work and maintain adherence to attendance policies.
- Perform complex problem-solving with a positive demeanor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of Customer Service experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Accurate data-entry skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
