About the position

The Customer Success Consultant at BlueArrow Telematics plays a crucial role in ensuring clients derive maximum value from the company's telematics solutions. This position involves onboarding new clients, providing training, managing accounts, and analyzing data to offer actionable insights. The consultant acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and addressing client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of telematics solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on the effective use of platforms and tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for telematics needs.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, identify potential issues, and proactively address concerns.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze telematics data and generate reports that offer actionable insights for clients.
  • Work with clients to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving fleet performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve client issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Associates degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the telematics or technology industry.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of telematics solutions or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
