About the position

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our IT solutions and services. Your role will involve identifying client needs, addressing challenges, and significantly shaping the future of our customer relationships. This position combines customer support, IT knowledge, and project management, making it an exciting opportunity for those passionate about customer satisfaction and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing clients to ensure optimal use of our services.
  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction and proactively address needs or dissatisfaction.
  • Introduce new products and identify opportunities for collaboration with the sales team.
  • Act as project manager to ensure client concerns are heard and addressed.

Requirements

  • Completed training or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT commercial or technical fields.
  • Several years of professional experience in support (B2B), presales, or service management of IT solutions, ideally in the IT security sector.
  • Knowledge in email security or a strong willingness to learn in this area.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and partners.
  • Enjoy presenting and convincing clients and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and web meetings.

  • Experience in IT security solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
