About The Position

The Customer Success Insights & Practice Lead at HP's Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization is responsible for transforming HP's business model by enhancing customer relationships through subscription services. This role focuses on developing organizational processes, establishing a repeatable insights practice, and optimizing the post-sale customer lifecycle for subscriptions.
