Join Spotify's Customer Success team within our Advertising Sales business, where you will play a pivotal role in building relationships that drive growth in existing markets and beyond. In this dynamic position, you will not only sell creative solutions to our clients and partners but also help craft them, leveraging your expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels, and the industry to enhance the way the world experiences music and podcasts. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will support the sales cycle from RFP submission to campaign optimization, upselling, and wrap-up, while providing proactive consultative client service focused on both protecting and growing revenue. As a client-facing team member, you will engage in strategic planning, consultative selling, project management, and data-led storytelling. Your role will involve building deep client relationships to deliver outstanding customer service to Spotify's advertiser and agency partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fielding requests and questions while interacting directly throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing the RFP response and media planning strategy across all buying channels, participating in client meetings to deepen relationships, and leading all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation processes. You will monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance reporting, optimizing media plans to meet client objectives. By leveraging campaign reporting and insights, you will proactively identify, pitch, and close incremental and expansion opportunities to help grow the business. Additionally, you will serve as the product authority, educating clients on Spotify's products and advising on tailored campaign optimizations. Your ability to review, interpret, and present data will be crucial in providing comprehensive campaign insights and recommendations, ultimately driving repeat business and ensuring client satisfaction.
