The Customer Success Manager, Addressability will support the business by developing a deep understanding of the inventory and audiences available across PubMatic's publisher and data partner portfolio to provide proactive and reactive support to our Ad Solutions Team. This is an analytical, business-facing role, optimizing strategies across channels to drive outcomes for both Publishers & Advertisers. Successfully doing so requires a strategic, collaborative thinker who can work with clients & internal teams to build best practices for delivery. This person will also be responsible for developing & executing strategic plans for our data partners targeting & cookie-less solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growth.
  • Influence strategic and day-to-day decision-making relating to operational functions such as campaign setup, internal workflows, reporting & more.
  • Develop, implement and scale processes and performance initiatives for Addressability to optimize revenue generation and improve platform efficiency.
  • Build & execute account strategies with data companies, & other addressability partners.
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining dashboards and reporting necessary to review current revenue, workloads and processes.
  • Influence the development of tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and operations.
  • Understand and react to deal briefs from buyers - building packages that meet buyer requirements and proactively recommending additional strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of programmatic experience in either Client Services, Trading or Account Management at a publisher, SSP, DSP or ad exchange.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising lifecycle including ad serving, bid process, pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive insights and meaningful solutions for deal & performance optimizations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly interact both internally and externally on products, solutions, & tactics.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • History of taking initiative & seeking out new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint.
