Accelerate Dental Marketing specializes in providing top-tier digital marketing solutions for dental practices. Our mission is to drive growth and success for our clients through innovative and effective marketing strategies. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing both current and new client accounts. This includes assisting with onboarding new clients and addressing their support requests. You will lead monthly calls and compile comprehensive reports to discuss with clients, analyze program performance, provide recommendations, and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will assist our creative team with social media strategy and implementation, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support. We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar customer success or account management role. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain key performance indicators clearly to clients. Proficiency in understanding and conveying website analytics, competitor analysis, social media analysis, and technical SEO audits is also required. You should be able to provide strategic advice to clients for continuous growth and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling client requests efficiently and professionally. A positive, outgoing attitude is crucial to instill confidence in our clients and foster strong relationships.
