Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Apploi customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform
  • Become a platform expert to provide solutions based training, consultation, and support
  • Lead online trainings, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate customers on the features of our platform
  • Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources within Apploi's Help Center
  • Maintain an understanding of customers' recruiting and employee placement strategies
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Managers and Support Specialists to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Partner with the Account Management team to determine upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
  • Adaptable to new initiatives
