About the position

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at G2 Risk Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves daily interactions with clients, providing comprehensive account management, training, and support. The CSM will work collaboratively with various internal teams to enhance client experiences and promote additional services, all while maintaining a focus on client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client base.
  • Manage account setup and train newly boarded clients.
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate existing clients on the value of additional G2 services and solutions.
  • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues within a team of analysts.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of business development or customer success experience, preferably in payment or risk management industries.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of customer focus and excellence, with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work, with innovative and creative thinking skills.
  • General computer knowledge, particularly familiarity with MS Office and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher desired.
  • Experience in payment, risk management, or related fields.
