We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be critical in leading customers throughout their journey with ID.me. This position requires strong account management skills and the ability to orchestrate multiple resources and team members to ensure our customers achieve the value promised during the sales process.
