About the position

The Customer Success Manager - Data Center Projects at Critical Power Group (CPG) is responsible for ensuring clients achieve their operational and strategic goals through effective project execution and ongoing support. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, monitoring project outcomes, and enhancing client satisfaction and engagement, particularly in the data center operations sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project execution and long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and technical staff to oversee the implementation of data center solutions.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, addressing any concerns or challenges proactively.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to review project progress, discuss outcomes, and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services based on client needs.
  • Create and deliver performance reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for clients to maximize the value of CPG's solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as an advocate for their needs within the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the data center or critical infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power systems, or mission-critical environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend project sites.
