The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at LinkedIn plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers achieve significant returns on their investments in LinkedIn Hiring Solutions. This position involves partnering with sales teams and various stakeholders within assigned customer accounts to drive product adoption, enhance customer success, and mitigate churn risk. The CSM serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize the value of their investments and ensuring effective onboarding and engagement with LinkedIn's products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Customer Champion and Advocate
  • Help Customers realize value from their investment
  • Partner on customer retention and expansion
  • Advance personal journey with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
  • Partner with sales counterparts on prioritized customers to drive overall customer adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor to end users and management
  • Analyze current customer engagement metrics
  • Provide best practices to drive user behavior and product adoption
  • Maintain healthy customer engagement levels
  • Interpret customer insights to drive change in product
  • Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations
  • Document all communication with customers accurately

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Product Training and Enablement, Project Management, or Change Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
