About the position

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at TeamViewer is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of the TeamViewer Tensor product portfolio to customers. This role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating project teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling and further deployments. The CSM will also deliver training and product demonstrations, acting as a functional expert in the software solutions provided by TeamViewer.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional expert of the TeamViewer Tensor product portfolio.
  • Manage and oversee the successful deployment to customers.
  • Coordinate project teams and engage with assigned customers.
  • Identify potential for further deployments and upselling opportunities.
  • Specify requirements with customers and set up project plans for implementation.
  • Deliver training, product demonstrations, or troubleshooting sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of directly related experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science, or a similar IT-related field.
  • Experience working in close customer collaboration and effective communication at all levels.
  • Ability to advocate for customers and cultivate relationships with key customers.
  • Experience in managing projects and programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to customers or TeamViewer office locations.
