About the position

The Customer Success Manager for K12 Education and Healthcare at Hazel Health is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing usage of Hazel's services within schools. This role involves building strong relationships with school partners, advocating for their healthcare needs, and facilitating engagement to enhance access to quality healthcare for students. The position requires a dynamic, empathetic individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders in the education and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with school partners and their healthcare needs.
  • Regularly meet and communicate with school health and leadership teams to drive engagement.
  • Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events.
  • Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction and proactively resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on account health, including usage metrics and satisfaction levels.
  • Advocate for the customer's needs across Hazel Health.
  • Accurately enter customer-related activities and insights into a CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic environments.
  • Prior experience with schools, particularly for former teachers and school staff transitioning out of the classroom.
  • Meet specific fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on a school campus.
  • Ability to travel for approximately 80% of the time.
  • Must currently reside in Iowa.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience within start-up or hyper-growth environments.
  • Existing relationships in Iowa.
