About the position

As a Cloud Migration Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding government teams through a standardized cloud migration onboarding journey. This involves facilitating process briefings, liaising across various technical teams, and creating customer experience resources. The position is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructure and tackling their most challenging missions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teammates and government product owners to ensure the successful migration of applications and systems to the cloud. Your expertise in client management, Agile methodologies, and knowledge management will be essential in prioritizing customer experience initiatives and facilitating the acquisition of virtual machines for client missions. You will be responsible for the timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into a software project management tool for all projects. This includes monitoring project schedules, providing technical process guidance and assistance, and aiding in design efforts. You will also facilitate scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders, presenting epic and task prioritization, grooming and refining the product backlog, and planning product deliverables. Additionally, you will develop documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans according to existing standards and methodologies. Your knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions will be crucial as you work with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute efforts for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operations. This position requires a Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree, along with a strong ability to drive and execute analyst tasks based on customer use cases, dependencies, and priorities. Responsibilities

  • Guide government teams through the cloud migration onboarding journey.
  • Facilitate process briefings and liaise across technical teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD.
  • Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools, such as Atlassian Suite products.
  • Experience with timely input of data into project management tools and monitoring project schedules.
  • Experience facilitating scope, requirements, and business process meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop documents for IT applications and system specifications according to standards.
  • Knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance to drive and execute efforts for new solutions.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Knowledge of cyber security concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
