About the position

DAT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Inside Sales team, based in Beaverton, OR. This role is fully remote, allowing candidates from several Northeastern states to apply. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for our SaaS solutions in the transportation industry. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering customer onboarding, providing product training, and offering ongoing product support. You will proactively communicate with DAT carrier customers to keep them informed about new features and enhancements, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. In this position, you will manage customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact for your clients. You will be responsible for building comprehensive customer profiles that detail their scope, growth, targets, and success metrics. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer to our Product Management, Sales, and Product Support teams, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into our product development processes. Your role will also involve prospecting by establishing rapport with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for upselling additional service packages, ultimately exceeding net revenue growth quotas. Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer onboarding, product training, product support and proactive communication to DAT carrier customers.
  • Manage accounts and keep customers abreast of new features and enhancements.
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' to Product Management, Sales and Product Support.
  • Prospect by establishing rapport with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Exceed net revenue growth quota by upselling customers on additional service packages.
  • Build comprehensive customer profiles, with details on scope, growth, targets, and measurements for success.
  • Be your customers' main point of contact at DAT.

Requirements

  • Highly effective account manager who will build and maintain relationships with customers in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience developing profitable relationships with customers.
  • Detail oriented and adaptable multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
