DAT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team, which is headquartered in Beaverton, OR. This position is fully remote, allowing candidates from several states in the Northeast region to apply. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for our SaaS solutions in the transportation industry. Your responsibilities will include delivering customer onboarding, product training, and ongoing support to our carrier customers. You will manage accounts, keeping customers informed about new features and enhancements, and act as the 'voice of the customer' to our Product Management, Sales, and Product Support teams. In this role, you will also be responsible for prospecting and establishing rapport with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for upselling additional service packages. You will build comprehensive customer profiles that detail their scope, growth targets, and measurements for success, ensuring that you are the main point of contact for your customers at DAT.
