DAT Freight Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Inside Sales team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving customers across the Northeast region of the United States. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our carrier customers receive exceptional onboarding, product training, and ongoing support. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer accounts, keeping them informed about new features and enhancements, while also acting as the 'voice of the customer' to our Product Management, Sales, and Product Support teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive customer onboarding experiences, providing product training, and maintaining proactive communication with our customers. You will also be tasked with identifying customer needs and opportunities through relationship building and rapport establishment. Your goal will be to exceed net revenue growth quotas by upselling additional service packages to our customers. You will build detailed customer profiles that outline their scope, growth targets, and success measurements, ensuring that you are the main point of contact for your customers at DAT.
