DAT Freight Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Inside Sales team, which is headquartered in Beaverton, OR. This position is fully remote, allowing candidates from various states in the Northeast region to apply. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional onboarding, product training, and ongoing support to our carrier customers. Your expertise in the transportation industry and your ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, keeping them informed about new features and enhancements, and acting as the 'voice of the customer' to our Product Management, Sales, and Product Support teams. In this role, you will also be tasked with prospecting and establishing rapport with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for upselling additional service packages. Your goal will be to exceed net revenue growth quotas while building comprehensive customer profiles that detail their scope, growth targets, and measurements for success.
