About the position

DAT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team, which is headquartered in Beaverton, OR. This position is fully remote, allowing candidates from several states in the Northeast region to apply. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for our SaaS solutions in the transportation industry. You will leverage your background in transportation and your skills in product training and customer communication to deliver exceptional service to our carrier customers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer onboarding, product training, and ongoing product support. You will proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed about new features and enhancements, acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Your responsibilities will also include managing customer accounts, building comprehensive customer profiles, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional service packages to exceed revenue growth quotas. You will serve as the voice of the customer to our Product Management, Sales, and Product Support teams, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into our product development processes. Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer onboarding, product training, product support and proactive communication to DAT carrier customers.
  • Manage accounts and keep customers abreast of new features and enhancements.
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' to Product Management, Sales and Product Support.
  • Prospect by establishing rapport with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Exceed net revenue growth quota by upselling customers on additional service packages.
  • Build comprehensive customer profiles, with details on scope, growth, targets, and measurements for success.
  • Be your customers' main point of contact at DAT.

Requirements

  • Highly effective account manager who will build and maintain relationships with customers in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience developing profitable relationships with customers.
  • Detail oriented and adaptable multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
