About the position
The Customer Success Manager at Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is responsible for fostering relationships with customers to ensure their success with the Resi platform. This role is quota-based, focusing on customer retention, renewal rates, and business expansion within a specific set of accounts. The manager will work to ensure customers are effectively using the platform and realizing its value, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer retention and renewal rates for assigned accounts.
- Drive adoption of the Resi platform among customers.
- Upsell additional products and features to existing customers.
- Conduct high volumes of sales activities, including calls and emails.
- Provide training and assistance on Resi products to customers.
- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success management.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
- Experience with maintenance renewal processes and knowledge of Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in project management.
- Background in software sales or customer service.
- Ability to communicate complex technology in simple terms.
