About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Resi Media, LLC plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with customers to ensure their success with the Resi platform. This position is quota-based, focusing on customer retention, renewal rates, and business expansion within a designated book of accounts. The role involves engaging with customers to help them realize the value of the Resi platform, driving adoption, and upselling products. The Customer Success Manager is dedicated to providing world-class service and support, contributing to high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer retention and renewal rates meet targets.
  • Drive adoption of the Resi platform among customers.
  • Upsell additional products and features to existing customers.
  • Conduct high volumes of sales activities, including calls and emails.
  • Provide training and assistance on Resi products to customers.
  • Manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
  • Experience with maintenance renewal processes and knowledge of Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
