As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and ensuring that our retail partners are fully engaged with the PAX brand. You will work closely with your Field Sales Manager and Head of Field Sales to grow your assigned book of business, taking charge of all day-to-day needs of key accounts. This includes managing in-store presence, activation, and support, as well as surfacing account opportunities that drive monthly purchase order growth and sales velocity. Your responsibilities will also encompass end-to-end purchase order management, from generating proposed purchase orders to ensuring their final delivery to retailers. You will be instrumental in onboarding retail staff and providing ongoing training about the PAX brand and our products. Engaging with retail staff to build brand loyalty and identifying new door prospects for development will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will conduct store audits and channel checks to ensure proper execution of merchandising and promotional activities. Collaboration with the Trade Marketing team will be essential for store activations and merchandising efforts. You will activate over 20 Consumer Activation Days/Pop-Ups at key accounts each month and assist the Regional Marketing Manager with storage locker maintenance and organization. Your role will also involve supporting Field Sales Managers in identifying and executing promotional opportunities, tracking promotions, and monitoring their performance efficacy. This position requires a proactive individual who is organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines. You will be expected to travel throughout the Massachusetts region, so owning a vehicle is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze data and report information effectively to stakeholders.
