About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Encord plays a pivotal role in building the Customer Success function within a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company. This position involves working closely with customers to develop leading AI applications across various sectors, including retail, insurance, and healthcare. The role requires collaboration with the Growth and Engineering teams, as well as the co-founders, to shape the company's direction and manage an expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to build world-leading AI applications across various verticals.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to shape Encord's direction.
  • Manage relationships with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Lead meetings with high-level stakeholders, including CTOs and ML engineers.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and business goals.
