About The Position

The Customer Success Manager at Teamwork.com is responsible for managing a dedicated book of mid-market customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving product adoption. This role focuses on understanding customer business needs, monitoring engagement metrics, and facilitating the successful rollout of Teamwork products. The position emphasizes customer advocacy, communication, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Client Support/Care, Onboarding/Implementation, Account Manager, or Customer Success role within a SaaS or software company.
  • Strong deescalating, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills through presentations, email, and video.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships in a remote environment.
  • Passion for driving revenue and growth in a technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

Responsibilities

  • Own a dedicated book of mid-market customers and understand their business needs.
  • Develop strategies to drive product adoption across all users.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, user activity, and overall engagement.
  • Communicate with customers about their adoption trends and sentiment.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Teamwork advocates, such as testimonials and case studies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input to the product roadmap and sales/marketing processes.
  • Report risks to the business identified through churn and contraction conversations.
