About the position

As a Customer Success Manager at DoorLoop, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our property management software. This role involves engaging with customers, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of the company as it scales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Customer Growth Manager, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Drive engagement and product adoption to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Proactively monitor customer health scores and implement success strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and provide best practices and insights.
  • Work closely with support and product teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer metrics such as engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align customer feedback with product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Business, Marketing, or similar).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a high volume of customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities within a customer base.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, Intercom).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
