About the position

As a pivotal member of the Customer Success team at SnapMagic, you will drive growth within our customer base by guiding global component manufacturers through their digital transformation journey. This role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving renewals and expansions within our global customer base of electronic component suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the SnapMagic platform.
  • Provide training and support to help clients maximize the value of our tools and features.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within our customer base.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and proactively offering solutions and guidance.
  • Advocate for customer needs and priorities within SnapMagic, gathering feedback and collaborating with product teams.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure high renewal rates by demonstrating ongoing value and ROI to customers.
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve customer challenges effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support within the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to our platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for delighting customers and driving their success, with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and track customer health.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
