About the position

As a foundational member of the Customer Success team at Klarity, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Klarity platform and the ongoing growth and value realization for customers throughout their journey. This role is critical in defining the playbook for GenAI transformation and engaging in deep cross-functional collaboration to evolve processes, product, and customer engagement strategy. You will lead the implementation of Klarity with enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve value and drive initial product success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Klarity platform with enterprise customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they are achieving value.
  • Define and evolve the Customer Success playbook for GenAI transformation.
  • Engage in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to secure successful engagement, adoption, and growth.
  • Translate customer needs into product solutions and discover new use cases.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Implementation, Sales/Success/Solution Engineering, or other customer-facing roles with Enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record of leading successful implementations of software/SaaS solutions with $200k+ Annual Contract Value.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Finance stack: CRM, ERP, CLM.
  • Ability to break down technical requirements into tasks for engineers.
  • Experience fostering strong relationships with customers and senior-level executives.

  • Desire to be on the bleeding edge of Gen AI and develop Enterprise Gen AI implementation playbooks.
  • Comfort with technical complexities and high-paced environments.
