As a Customer Success Manager at Adjust, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their success through the effective utilization of Adjust's comprehensive suite of tools. Your expertise in the adtech, mobile advertising, and media industry will enable you to adopt a consultative approach, focusing on the unique needs of your clients based on the US West Coast. Your primary objective will be to empower these clients to improve their business outcomes while simultaneously increasing their lifetime value to Adjust and minimizing churn. You will be part of a global team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and success, embodying our commitment to putting customers first. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. You will facilitate the successful rollout of Adjust's tools to customer employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage our platform effectively. Regular communication with customers will be essential, as you will monitor their adoption trends, gauge sentiment, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. You will also work closely with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities, ensuring that they are fully supported in their journey with Adjust. Your role will involve marshaling resources across the Adjust organization to meet customer needs and representing the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap.
