About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Adageis is responsible for leading customers through their onboarding experience, ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-industry onboarding experience that accelerates customer utilization of Adageis features and services. The Customer Success Manager will maintain relationships with customers throughout their journey, manage project schedules, and lead strategy discussions while addressing any escalations that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure project completion on time and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of onboarding resources to tailor workflows and drive customer change management activities.
  • Manage project status, forecast updates, and create and maintain a project risk log.
  • Define project scope, manage timelines, risks, and priorities while aligning with established processes and contractual commitments.
  • Communicate project requirements and commitments clearly with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage client expectations regarding products and services contracted.
  • Interact with executive leadership to communicate progress, results, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Consult with customers on product offerings and baseline workflows.
  • Manage escalations by collaborating with internal and external resources to drive positive outcomes.
  • Establish project governance structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support customer and product go-live launches as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in healthcare technology or SaaS vendor environments.
