About the position

As a Customer Success Manager at AppTweak, you will be instrumental in supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in the AMERICAS region. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term success with AppTweak's ASO, ASA, and mobile growth solutions. You will empower clients to maximize their mobile app growth potential through strategic insights and support.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Product Adoption by proactively engaging with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging AppTweak's platform.
  • Act as an ASO/ASA Expert, providing knowledgeable resources for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize processes for onboarding, training, and ongoing client support to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide tailored insights and recommendations on ASO, ASA, and mobile growth strategies.
  • Communicate client feedback to the Product team to drive ongoing improvements and feature development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of success in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within the SaaS or mobile industry.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and writing.
  • Ability to foster strong, lasting client relationships and understand customer needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in mobile app marketing and growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices across the iOS and Google Play ecosystems.
