About the position

The Customer Success Manager at YCharts is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's investment research and data analytics software. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the customer experience. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, advocating for client needs and driving product adoption to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with new clients to understand their strategic goals and drive product adoption during their onboarding.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to identify and nurture new or existing growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate existing clients on different features and workflows.
  • Build strong relationships and understand client needs to maintain high retention rates.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product Management to advocate for client priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, support, or account management role in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with end users and ability to build great business relationships.
