About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Argus Media is responsible for enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth by maximizing customer adoption and retention of Argus's market intelligence products. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, educating customers, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the subscription lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively across the organization with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Business Development, and Marketing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities related to price assessments and product improvements.
  • Ensure optimum activity levels are delivered and meet Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Educate customers on maximizing the value of their relationship with Argus Media.
  • Represent Argus to customers, engaging them from the start of the commercial relationship through visits and feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer experience from onboarding to full product adoption.
  • Utilize CRM to track accounts, analyze customer usage trends, and identify growth tactics.
  • Maintain accurate customer and user records and engagement activity.
  • Travel as required within the region.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and advocate for customer feedback in product design.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer success or sales environment.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM databases or sales processing systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong coordination and time management skills.
