About the position

As a Customer Success Manager at StrongMind, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of educational technology solutions and curriculum. Your role focuses on building strong relationships, managing integrations, overseeing content delivery, facilitating onboarding and training, and ensuring seamless contract and billing processes. The ultimate goal is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth by providing exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to maintain open communication and assess partnership progress.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify potential risks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide consultative services to help clients optimize their use of StrongMind's platform.
  • Oversee the integration of StrongMind's platform with clients' systems, ensuring efficient completion.
  • Work closely with internal departments to align efforts during the integration process.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to StrongMind's platform.
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding plans that align with client objectives.
  • Assist with content and courses to clients as necessary, ensuring timely access to resources.
  • Support the contract renewal process by proactively engaging with clients.
  • Collaborate with operations to support contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Assist operations with billing-related inquiries and provide clear explanations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a K-12 public/charter teacher, administrator, or school-level leader.
  • Experience in education technology.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead professional development sessions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
