About the position

The Customer Success Manager role at Stewart involves evaluating and documenting operational requirements related to system configuration, ensuring effective communication and planning during system migrations. Responsibilities

  • Analyzes current processes and systems to determine unique requirements.
  • Documents data and system requirements according to the current and future needs of the business.
  • Coordinates with project team and operational leadership to ensure seamless communication and planning during system migration(s).
  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how operation integrates within the organization.
  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
  • Works within broad guidelines and policies to accomplish objectives and goals.
  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents.
  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of title insurance and escrow related work experience.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience with process and/or documenting system and/or process requirements.
