The Customer Success Manager at Drivepoint plays a crucial role in helping consumer brands optimize their business results using the Drivepoint platform. This position involves creating actionable plans based on insights from the platform, prioritizing impactful actions, and ensuring customers effectively utilize Drivepoint across their organizations. The role also includes gathering feedback to enhance Drivepoint's offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers drive their business forward using the Drivepoint platform.
  • Create actionable plans based on Drivepoint insights.
  • Prioritize high-impact actions as revealed by Drivepoint models.
  • Assist customers in utilizing Drivepoint across their organization.
  • Identify areas for automation or improvement using Drivepoint software.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering an outstanding experience.
  • Facilitate training and enablement to drive adoption of new features and core platform functionality.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to achieve desirable customer success outcomes.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to distill and explain concepts in plain language.
  • Analytical mindset, using data and sound analyses to reach conclusions.
  • Basic financial literacy, including understanding core financial concepts such as profit, loss, margins, assets, and liabilities.
  • Motivated to work in an early startup environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Work experience as an FP&A/Strategic Finance professional.
  • Experience supporting or working with eCommerce or omni-channel consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting founders or finance leaders.
