About the position

EverMind Health is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in Boise, ID. This role is pivotal in our mission to provide comprehensive mental health services to underserved populations through partnerships with residential and long-term care facilities. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support. You will work closely with various care teams to enhance collaboration, improve diagnostic accuracy, and implement evidence-based mental health treatments. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our clients and help alleviate caregiver fatigue among nursing staff and family members. In this position, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time schedules. The pay structure is competitive, with a range of $25 to $30 per hour, which includes a breakdown of $22 to $26 for billable hours and $12.50 for non-billable hours. Additionally, you will receive a weekly gas stipend and an activities stipend to support your work with clients. Responsibilities

  • Complete assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
  • Organize and ensure all documentation is completed within a timely manner.
  • Adhere to payor and company standards.
  • Attend regularly scheduled supervisions/staff meetings.
  • Collaborate care with other treatment providers.
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy & practices.
  • Perform other duties assigned or necessary to support the program and/or company.
  • Assess emergency situations, notifying supervisor and/or appropriate personnel of actual and potential issues.
  • Maintain a nonjudgmental approach, effective listening, eye contact, professionalism, and positive interactions.
  • Provide consistency and support to promote personal progress and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Ability to pass enhanced IDHW background check.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
  • Ability to work in a community-based setting.
  • Experience utilizing electronic health records (preferred).

  • Experience in mental health services.
  • Familiarity with residential and long-term care settings.
