About the position

The Client Success Manager is a remote role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents. This position is designed for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who excels in communication and is dedicated to supporting agents in their success through various engagement methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with real estate agents on the team.
  • Proactively invite agents to trainings, events, and local networking opportunities.
  • Assist agents in sourcing open houses and providing information or resources as needed.
  • Regularly communicate with agents via phone, text, video, and audio messages.
  • Act as a resource to agents, ensuring they feel supported and connected to the team.
  • Track and follow up on agent participation in team events and activities.
  • Identify and escalate any challenges or barriers agents may face to leadership.

Requirements

  • Extremely social and outgoing, with natural communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain connections in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
  • Previous experience in a client success, account management, or similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable using modern communication tools like video messaging and texting.
