About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Octus, formerly Reorg, is responsible for managing a portfolio of global clients in the investment banking sector. This role focuses on driving client retention, promoting product adoption, and increasing revenue through strong relationship management and communication skills. The position requires a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to educate clients on best practices and new functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Octus, formerly Reorg's products and services, particularly in the sub-investment grade credit space.
  • Manage a book of global strategic clients, understanding their business drivers and goals to ensure product adoption.
  • Develop key relationships with subscribers, educating them on best practices and gathering feedback.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across accounts and strategize outreach efforts to maximize usage and adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer when collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop account plans and share findings from client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is diligent, organized, and adaptable.
  • Experience in financial services/investment banking or with subscription-based services is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
