As a Customer Success Manager at FreePower, you will be the front line of communications for helping identify, acquire, and support our growing network of Countertop Fabricators, Builders, Designers, and Showrooms. Your primary focus will be helping those looking to implement FreePower wireless charging solutions through the discovery phase of the process while supporting those looking for assistance as they navigate onboarding and high-level technical questions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional end-user experiences. Your proficiency in CRM (Hubspot), VoIP dialers (RingCentral), and Live Chat (Intercom) tools will help drive top-of-funnel success, long-term pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction. Being accessible and responsive while being able to communicate complex details in simplistic ways will be critical to ensuring FreePower's success. A basic understanding of the residential, hospitality, and commercial design and development space is a plus.
