About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in account management and customer relationship management to foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and manufacturing, with the ability to qualify and analyze customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their usage of our products, gather feedback, and recommend improvements or additional features.
  • Manage projects related to customer success initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, document client feedback, and report on account performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industries.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
