About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Salesforce is responsible for partnering with assigned accounts to enhance their technical and operational health, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment in Mulesoft products. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the adoption of new features and best practices. The position serves as a primary technical interface for Mulesoft's Signature customers, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet customer objectives and resolve incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned accounts to focus on their business goals and improve technical and operational health.
  • Proactively monitor customer events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers.
  • Leverage Enterprise Integration expertise to develop a deep understanding of customer Mulesoft implementations.
  • Act as a point of contact for major incidents, managing customer expectations and communications during resolutions.
  • Coordinate the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services for customers.
  • Provide timely, proactive guidance on Mulesoft features based on customer interests.
  • Advise customers on the adoption of new features from Mulesoft's annual release schedules and identify potential challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
  • Experience with SOA Service, Mulesoft, Anypoint Platform, Cloudhub, RTF, Anypoint MQ, Azure/AWS, IBM Integration Bus, Java, Websphere MQ, Linux, and Database technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes.
