Dailymotion is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Sales Marketing and Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in convincing brands to partner with Dailymotion by leveraging our extensive media and advertising knowledge. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the business drivers that influence performance and the various offerings available to our advertisers. Your engagement with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in translating Dailymotion's offerings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth in North America. In this position, you will play a key role in utilizing data and insights to create compelling narratives that resonate with our clients. You will need to possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to find solutions with minimal guidance. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Sales team to process and respond to RFPs, building and managing media plans for live campaigns, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to analyze opportunities for key accounts. You will also focus on client retention, growth, and satisfaction, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. As the primary point of contact for clients in your designated book of business, you will monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing reporting and insights. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including AdOps and Business Analytics, will be essential in optimizing campaigns and developing strategic insights for future initiatives. This hybrid role requires you to be in the NYC office three days a week and allows for two days of remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with your team and clients.
