About the position

Join our client's Customer Success team as a Client Success Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare operations, particularly in the realm of pharmaceutical software. This dynamic position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a direct impact on healthcare outcomes. As a Client Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with clinical leaders, providers, pharmacists, and IT professionals to ensure the seamless adoption of cutting-edge healthcare technology. Your expertise will be crucial in influencing the retention and expansion of our client's healthcare solutions, making this role both challenging and rewarding. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare customers throughout their lifecycle. Building strong relationships with healthcare leaders will be essential to promote clinical stewardship and ensure that end users (clinicians) are well-trained on software features to maximize value. You will also be responsible for identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance customer outcomes using clinical and financial analytics. Leading collaboration calls and business reviews will allow you to highlight improvements and strategies, while your prompt responses to customer needs will facilitate successful client onboarding and retention. This role offers a flexible onsite work model for the right candidate and provides direct collaboration with senior leadership in a healthcare tech company. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation and make a real impact on healthcare systems, gaining hands-on experience with advanced healthcare technology solutions. The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary of up to $125,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare customers throughout their life cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare leaders to promote clinical stewardship.
  • Train end users (clinicians) on software features to maximize value.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer outcomes using clinical and financial analytics.
  • Lead collaboration calls and business reviews to highlight improvements and strategies.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for successful client onboarding and retention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a clinical professional (Pharmacist).
  • Experience in pharmacy and healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of hospital operations and clinical terminology.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize clinical and financial data.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills within a matrix environment.
